The location was perfect for visiting the zoo, just across the road. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of size and modernity. The kitchen was fully equipped and the sauna was a great addition. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the lake.

The hotel's proximity to the zoo makes it ideal for those wanting to visit it. Guests can enjoy the modern and spacious apartments equipped with saunas and fully equipped kitchens. the balcony with a lake view is also a great advantage providing a relaxing atmosphere.
Some maintenance issues like falling wall hanger and loose curtains should be noted and addressed promptly.

Spent the new year in a lovely chalet with a stunning balcony view of the frozen lake. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy dinner indoors while watching the fireworks display outside. The location is perfect for those who want to visit the nearby zoo and enjoy a peaceful vacation in nature.
The beds were not as comfortable as expected, and there was no fan to help regulate the temperature of the room, which was slightly too hot during the night. we had trouble with check-in times and were given inconsistent information about when we could pick up the key.

We loved staying in this modern apartment. Best aspects were the well-equipped kitchen, sauna, and big balcony with lake view. The location close to the zoo was also a plus.

the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with exclusive amenities like a sauna and a large balcony with stunning lake views. the proximity to Ahtari Zoo was perfect for our visit, and we were able to easily access the nearby hotel's excellent restaurant.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of a fan in the apartment during the summer months, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. though, the luxurious needs we had were fulfilled, and we appreciated the high-quality room advantages and private facilities of this hotel.

Spent Christmas at a modern and spacious apartment with a great lake view. We enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy sauna. the fact that it was located across the zoo made it easier for us to visit the animals. we were surprised that the apartment was bigger than we expected.
We found some things that need to be improved. the bed was not as comfortable as we hoped, which may affect the quality of our sleep.
